A Celebration of the life of Coach Farley
On the morning of Tuesday, August 28th, 2018, Coach Farley died peacefully in Mesa, Arizona, with his wife Rae by his side. The Farley Family wishes to thank everyone who has shared their thoughts, prayers and good wishes for Coach Farley. (Read the blogpost)
In lieu of a funeral or service, a Memorial Celebration was held at UW-RIver Falls on Saturday, October 13th — after the Homecoming Game vs. UW-Stout — in which the Falcons were victorious 21-19. Don Page Arena, in the new Falcon Center (adjacent to David Smith Stadium) was the site of the gathering — in which roughly 400 players, coaches, family and friends gathered together to share their stories of Coach Farley, celebrating a life well lived.
